I had a nacho of a day on tuesday. I am diabetic which entails many doctor visits. I misunderstood a message I received from a doctor at the practice that I go to and made an appointment. So I get there and have to wait forever, the dr who called me comes in and literally yells at me that she can't take on anymore patients and didn't I get her message?! Obvious miscommunication, I ask her if we can do blood work anyways since I am there, more grumbling, then she grumbled at the lab folks who were as confused as I was.
Giving blood is not my strong point, I don't mind it just I seem to have no veins. They must stick me several times and the place that works is in my wrists. Kinda strange, but they fed me. They are nice ladies.
More weirdness when it came time to make another appointment, seeing as my regular dr left the practice and the one was crazy or something (maybe she was having a really bad day) so after some discussion, the reccomended dr is on maternity leave, the office lady picked a dr for me. Hope that one works out.
Then glorious lunch, as I had been fasting at this point I was starving. I went to Taco Bell and got my favorite Nachos Bellgrande and a beef burrito. The burrito was great no problems no mess. The nachos, well I never got to eat them. As I opened the package, between my shaking hands and who knows what, they went flying and landed in my lap, in my seat and on the floor. I was sitting in my car and it was horrible. So a quick trip home to change and finally into work.
I am still thinking about those nachos.
I know that many of you have already heard this story, but I needed to get it out and be done with it. I am sure that I could somehow relate it to my struggles as a new Christian, but I am late for work and that will have to come later.
