I can't believe it, but I seem to be all talked out. I know, I know, you (all 3 of you) can't believe it, but sadly, it is true. God has made me extremely happy today.
I can't write when I am happy.
Well, maybe that is too extreme because I believe that I could write volumes about the things that make me happy, but as we studied tonight, it isn't all about stuff but living apart from the world and worldy "things."
Living in the words of Christ.
So that CD player that I really want isn't really the right choice.
How to leave all that behind and die for Christ is a tough decision. It is not about happiness. Christ did not die so that I can be happy, He died so that I could have forgiveness.
And I am grumbling about a CD player.

hmmmm .... Would Christ have owned a car? Would it have had a cd player? Would He be shelling out funds for high speed internet access? Better yet would He even own a pc? Would He game on it all hours of the night? Yes my brother Dave speaks the truth. We all can sympathize. At the same time He does not want us walking around with sour doughnut faces all the time. So our challenge if we choose it is to find the balance.
I am loving the study with you girls. You have even taught me a few things.
it did say Jesus and the disciples were in one accord...at least they carpooled
