If we gain an insight from God, is it diminished by sharing it with others? If we are overly enthusiastic in speaking of said insight is this not almost bragging? Does that then not make it something less than it is?
Would it not be better to quietly savor those moments of truth with God almost meditatively rather than shouting them from the roof tops? Some good things do not need to be spoken of. Some things can be seen in the demeanor and actions of a person. Living an abundant life with joy and most especially humor. I have experienced some pretty amazing things these last couple of weeks, but I am a selfish person and want to keep them close to me. I don't want them tarnished by those who doubt. I am the first to loudly proclaim the good that has come to my life because of my relationship with Jesus Christ. I would never deny the awesome acts that have changed my love of life and faith.
Nor would I ever deny my faith. I relish those moments when I proclaim that I am a born again Christian who believes that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I want to fight those battles with non-believers, I feel honored that I am a soldier defending my God. I would do anything that He asks of me, some may doubt that statement, I dare you to test me.
I only have to answer to One, and He knows what is in my heart.

Did you just dare me? You are lucky that was not a triple dog dare, then I would have to act. :)
I love you so much. Believe it or not, God has used YOU in MY life in a way you will never know. I deal with the whole sharing things as well. There is not a whole lot of room here so I will either email you or I might post my own thought on my blog for you to read. Welcome to the "Corp". Glad to be serving along side of you in this war.
