Pork Chops and Applesauce

I don't remember where I have heard that before, but it keeps running through my head. It sounded so good that, here we go, I came home from work and made pork chops, mashed potatoes and creamed corn, and of course, applesauce. I have always wondered why one dips pork chops in applesauce but I can remember doing so my whole life, and I am old. Almost as old as Moses. All I know is that they taste good together.
Here is something funny, at least it is to me. Monday nights almost feels like a flashback to a "psychedelic" time in my life. Letter writing for Faith, when a couple of the ladies get going my brain starts to spin. They just talk even when no one is listening, and if you do try to answer them they just talk right over you. It is quite hysterical. Judging by C's laughter I think she finds it pretty funny too.
